Integrated Digital Experience
Developed a targeted digital experience designed to drive adoption and usage of Zelle within Santander’s mobile banking ecosystem. Rather than positioning the work as a traditional campaign, the approach focused on embedding messaging within moments of real user need—aligning communication with how customers manage and move money in their daily lives.
The experience was structured to simplify and highlight the immediacy, convenience, and utility of peer-to-peer payments, translating complex financial functionality into clear, actionable interactions.
The focus was not just on communicating a feature, but on designing around how users interact with money in real time.
Interactive Storyboard
Developed a storyboard to map the user journey across an interactive experience, outlining how content, motion, and interaction work together to guide behavior.
Rather than focusing on static screens, the storyboard captures key moments of engagement—defining how users enter, navigate, and interact with the system. Each step illustrates the relationship between content and action, ensuring a seamless flow from initial engagement through deeper exploration.
The structure balances storytelling and usability, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels intuitive, responsive, and aligned with user intent.
